At ProSoccer.com, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized jerseys and worn footwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shoeboxes are placed inside a separate shipping box to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
